If you would like to place an order during non-business hours, and do not want to use PayPal, you may fax it to us.

Our fax number is 508-559-6178.  Please include a Day-time phone number along with a description of the items you would like and accurate shipping information.  We will call you for credit card information if you do not want to include it on the fax.  Orders without a phone number or email address cannot be processed.

Shipping Policies:

We ship using FedEx standard ground.  We ship Monday through Thursday.  We do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday to ensure premium quality on arrival.  Orders received prior to 2pm EST will be shipped the same day unless a specific delivery date has been requested.  Orders received after 2pm or on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day.

Residential Addresses
When shipping to a residential address, you must include an accurate street address, building/suite/apartment/floor number, telephone number and zip code.
If the address in incomplete and cannot be delivered, we are not liable for any damage

Business Address
When shipping to a business, you must include an accurate street address, recipient name, business name, building/suite/floor number, telephone number and zip code.

Shipping to PO Boxes, Military Bases, Alaska or Hawaii
Orders shipped to these locations require special handling.  Please call for pricing information.

Standard Ground Delivery
One to five business days in the continental US.  Ground shipping charges are per address.  Please see shipping and handling chart for charges.

Two Day Delivery
Place your delivery by 12:00 noon EST for 2 business day delivery.  Call for pricing.

Overnight Delivery
Place your delivery by 12:00 noon EST for Overnight Delivery.  Call for pricing.

Saturday Delivery
Available in most areas.  Call for information.

Warm Weather Shipping
Chocolate is time sensitive.  Chocolate will melt in temperatures above 70 degrees.  For warm weather shipments, cashews, fudge, penuche, mints or any non-chocolate confection do not have special packaging requirements.  Only our chocolates require special packaging and delivery because of the possibility of heat affecting the appearance, quality and taste.

Shipping May 1st - October 1st and year round warm weather climates such as Arizona, Texas, Florida, Southern California, may require special packaging.  To protect your package from heat, we use ice packs, which keep the product cool for up to 24 hours.  We do not charge for icepacks.  If no one is available to receive the package, it will be left outside in the elements.

Please make every effort to notify the recipient that a package will be arriving, as we cannot be responsible for items left unattended in warm or inclement weather.  Shipping to a business address is advise as packages will not be left outside.
